What should the job do for another time zone?

When the job is executed in a different time zone from time zone at last time, the judgment of the time-stamp on a file cannot be normalized. Please see Time Zone page for details.
Each job can be set as follows though MobSync cannot present a clear solution about this problem.

• Ask by showing a dialog window... This is default value. When checked, a dialog is always displayed. See below.
  
  When 'Don't inquire in this job after this.' is checked, current answer is applied from now on.
  When 'Yes' is selected, this job is executed. Current time zone is written to job record, and on next time this dialog window will not be shown.
  When 'No' is selected, this job is NOT executed. On next time, this dialog window will be shown.
• Ignore time zone and execute a job... When selected, difference of time zone is always ignored with this job.
• Cancel a job... When selected, this job is always canceled at different time zone with this job.
